Yes No Tarot Card Reading

Yes No Tarot Card Reading: techniques and results

Would you like to make crazy accurate predictions using cards that require:

  • No psychic talent?
  • No intuition?
  • No occult knowledge?

Then read on my friend!

Yes No Tarot Card Reading Technique

Use this yes no tarot card reading technique without Tarot cards!  That’s right, using a simple set of ordinary playing cards, you can get accurate answers to yes no questions without any knowledge of cartomancy.

Lay out 3 cards and look to see if there are more red cards or more black cards.  Red equals yes, black equals no.  You can add additional layers of probability by adding shades of yes no to each of the suits:

  • hearts – definite yes
  • diamonds – probably yes
  • clubs – definite no
  • spades – probably no

You can use the same technique with Tarot cards:

  • cups – definite yes
  • pentacles – probably yes
  • swords – definite no
  • wands – probably no
  • major arcana – become wild cards. Watch the video to determine how to treat these wild cards

Lenormand cards can be used for the yes no technique as well.  Use a set of Lenormand cards with the playing card insets and use the same technique described as above.  The actual Lenormand cards give you further information as to why your answer is a yes, no or maybe!

Yes No Tarot Card Reading: how to ask questions

The key to the accuracy of any predictive, intuitive or psychic reading is in the question. Asking great questions gives great results.

For any question, and especially yes/no questions there are 3 things to keep in mind:

  • ask a clear question
  • frame the question in yes no questions for a “yes” response
  • be sure to include a time frame

Ask a clear question

Asking if it is a “good idea” or if you “should” do something is not a clear question.  Drill down and ask what you really want to know.  Is this a good job for me becomes will I earn at least $50,000 at this job. Is now a good time to move becomes will moving in the next 3 months create more space and harmony for my family?

Frame the response as a yes

Will I get fired next week is a good question if you want to get fired.  If you DON’T want to get fired, try phrasing the question as Will I continue in my present position after next week?

Time frame

Many questions benefit from a time frame.  Will we ever get married becomes will we get married within the next year.  See the difference.  If the answer is yes to the first example, yes you will get married, you will immediately ask when!

Examples of Yes No Tarot Card Readings: questions answered

I posted on Facebook asking for yes/no questions.  Several people posted questions and the answers are recorded in this video.  Watch the video to see the yes/no tarot card reading in action.  In the video I use playing cards, Tarot cards, and Lenormand cards to answer questions.

Kinda Like the Celtic Cross Spread

kinda like the celtic cross spread
This tarot card spread is similar to the Celtic Cross Spread

This is my variation of the Celtic Cross Spread.

It only has 8 cards, whereas the traditional spread has 10.  Two cards have been dropped and some of the meanings have been changed slightly.

Lay them out in an order you wish.  I start with the now card, complete the circle clockwise and then place the middle card.  Then I lay the last three from bottom to top.

Feel free to use a Significator if you choose as well.  On the rare occasion I use one, I have the person I’m reading for choose it.

There are several places to add bridge cards:

  • between likely outcome and the desired outcome
  • between who/what can help and desired outcome
  • how you get there and what you need to know

You get the picture.

Let me know what you think in the comments.

Spring Equinox Tarot Card Spread

tarot card spread for spring equinox

The Spring Equinox is the beginning of the year for Western Astrology.  Why?  Because the sun enters the sign of Aries, the first sign of the zodiac.  So the Western Astrological Year begins in Spring.  Cool huh?

In honor of the solar ingress in to Aries,  I put together this Spring Equinox spread.

The Equinox this year (2013) is March 20.

And before I forget, you can download the PDF of the spread here.

March, Easter and the Spring Equinox

March is an interesting month.  It’s spring in the Northern Hemisphere.  “In like a lion and out like a lamb” is the phrase that comes to mind for March.  Supposedly it refers to the weather.  The last bit of winter gives way to the softness of spring.

It conjures up Easter imagery which is a spring holiday.  Easter falls on the first full moon after the Equinox.  And this year, it even takes place in March.

This lion and lamb image of Easter time speaks to the Pisces/Aries relationship.  Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac and refers to our relationship with the great eternal forces of the Universe.

The lamb is a symbol of sacrifice.  What can be given up for the greater good?

The lamb is a baby sheep, which grows into perhaps, a ram, Aries.  This is pointing us toward new beginnings.

How have our sacrifices during the winter fed the new growth of spring?  What do we want to create?

The lion, reminiscent of Leo, a fellow fire sign, (Aries is a fire sign) points us toward a passion driven life, one with purpose and meaning.

The equinox is the time in which the day and night are of equal length.  It’s a time to reflect on projects already started maybe around the winter solstice (Dec 21).  You may be at your first quarter of progress (I put 1/2 way on the spread).  Either way, significant effort has been put forth and it’s time to evaluate.

Lastly, Easter and Spring are a time of celebration and new beginnings.  Bright colors, fun clothes, picnics and festivities abound.

So happy Spring!

Astrology tells us that 2013 will be a year for letting go with Saturn in Scorpio all year long!  Scorpio is the sign of transformation, death and rebirth, and shadow work.  Saturn is the task master, forcing us to do the work so we can reap the rewards.  So we are being asked to do the deep work necessary for transformation.

Thirteen is often considered an unlucky number.  Many buildings will skip 13 when numbering the floors.   But then again, some people embrace the supposed bad luck of 13 and say lucky 13.

For 2013, it will pay off to be agile, like a cat.  It won’t be all endings and darkness.  There will be times for lazing in the sun and for charming encounters.  2013 reduces to the number 6, the Lovers!

2013 will also likely be a creative year, as 6’s can indicate creativity.  Also the 6 cards deal with give and take, giving and receiving.
